One to One Coaching
My clients
I work with ambitious professionals who want more for themselves and the world we live in. They are curious about what makes them tick and are prepared to push their own personal boundaries to live life fully and authentically.
The client journey
The first step is a free 30-minute chemistry session, usually over Zoom or telephone, to ensure that there is a good match between us. This is an opportunity for us get to know each other, to explore what you want from coaching and for you to ask any questions.
If you decide to engage me as your coach we will then schedule a 90-minute discovery session in which you will set goals for your coaching and agree how we will work together, and start working on some of your goals.
Clients usually engage for an initial programme of 6, monthly sessions, although some clients prefer a fast-track programme with more frequent sessions.
Sessions are carried out using Zoom, although sometimes telephone and face to face sessions are requested.

Coach Supervision
My clients
I am passionate about supporting coaches to work at their best and work with coaches at all stages of their coach development. Some of my clients have just begun their professional training, others are highly experienced coaches and themselves offer established professional coaching services.
As a professionally trained relationship systems coach I provide specialised coach supervision to those coaches and consultants who work with teams.
The client journey
I offer a free, no-obligation 30-minute chemistry session with all potential supervisees. This gives us the opportunity to establish whether we have the foundation for a strong, creative and open supervisory relationship where you can fully explore your work as a coach.
If you decide you would like to engage me as your supervisor we will then schedule a first session to agree how we will work together and start exploring what you would like to focus on in your sessions.
Typically clients bring to sessions topics that are current to them at that particular moment in time and we may explore recurring themes that are picked up as we work together.
Clients usually engage for an initial programme of 6 sessions which they will take over the course of 6-12 months, depending on the level of support they require. As a guide, it is recommended that coaches have 1 hour of supervision for every 8 hours of coaching they deliver. Most of my clients engage me for an hour each month, some every 6 weeks.
I also offer ad-hoc sessions when challenges arise which coaches want to address more urgently.
Sessions are carried out using Zoom, although sometimes telephone and face to face sessions are requested.

Team and Partnership Coaching and Mediation
In my capacity as relationship systems coach and mediator, I work with a wide range of partnerships and relationship systems. This includes business partnerships, communities, organisational teams and marital relationships.
This work differs from one to one coaching in that the focus is specifically on understanding and developing the relationship between each party in the system as opposed to the individuals themselves.
This work can be done both face to face and virtually, and I support clients all over the world.
Each client has their own specific set of requirements so plenty of time is given to understanding your relationship system and how I might work with you.
