It is based on some key principles of the laws of quantum physics and is called The Secret as these principles were adopted by some of the great people of the world but were supposedly kept as closely guarded secrets.

Once you have passed the rather over-dramatized introduction you will learn from some of the video presenters which include well known authors including Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup For The Soul) and John Gray ( Why Mars And Venus Collide ), spiritual practitioners, successful business people and quantum physicists what the key principles of the Law Of Attraction are and how you can apply them in your own life.

Just some of the key messages covered which incidentally I have personally experienced and therefore passionately believe in are:

focusing on what you want rather than what you don’t want
your thoughts become your actions
the power of visualisation
having an abundance mentality rather than one of fear and scarcity

Although it seemed a little repetitive at times what I liked about this was that it was easy to watch with some really powerful real-life examples with some credible practitioners, to highlight the principles, and I was delighted that my 12 year daughter was happy to watch and take it in too. I have recommended this DVD many times to people wanting to make changes in their life.
